Puppies First Outting

WOW......if someone would of taken a video of our adventure today it would of

been a site to see

I sit and pondered all morning about how I was going to get Shelby

and all three of the pups to the vet by myself

I have a single cab pickup so there is not much room

I do not have a regular carrier I have a soft cage and the wire cage and those are

both to large so I put a soft blanket in a plastic tote the ones that are not as tall as

the larger ones I put that in the seat by me

In order to get the puppies out to the pickup I carried them in a small tote and let

Shelby walk *RUN* lol to the pickup she just did not understand what was going on

Shelby loves to go for rides and I normally put the console down and she

sits on top of it and watches everything so today she sit up inside the tote with

her babies and watched as we went down the road she was content and seemed

so Happy that her Babies were getting to go for a ride too

We arrived at the Vet Early and they had an emergency that had come in so we had to sit for an hour. Shelby was fine but she did not like the other dogs

She was snapping towards them and telling them what she thought

She was protecting her children LOL

They came and got her pups and took them back

*they had their tails cut today*

She did not seem to mind UNTIL she heard one of them crying

And that was it I could not hold her she was throwing a fit

So I put her on a leash and took her out under a shade tree

*And oh my gosh it was like 93 outside so hot*

So that did not last long, we went back in and she was so happy when

they carried her babies back out to us

What should of been about an hour deal to get there and home ended up being

over two hours poor things they are all worn out

I am so glad that is over with!!

Wow I haven't won anything in so long I am thrilled

I will be tearing my bedroom apart next week and redoing it and I will be

doing it in the red and brown like my bathroom so these should fit well in there

And will come in really handy because I am needing things like this for supplies to sit inside my large shelf, Thank you Tammy so much

Tomorrow is Hubbies Saturday off so I am hoping I get to go garage selling

in the morning Have a Great weekend
