Hello I have several Pictures to share

Gee what a week and Weekend!! It is so Hot and Humid and really bad since we have been outside in the heat everyday. Well I am taking a much needed break and have decided to post to let you know what all has happened!! Well not all LOL that would take all day to type about. Hubby and a friend of ours is out doing our plumbing, as I am sitting inside in the Air conditioned RV, Ok now I am making my own self feel bad!

First I want to share some pictures with you I recently participated in a Kitchen Swap on a Group of Great Etsy Artist called *The Old Farmhouse Gathering*
Last week before all the excited happened I had recieved this package from Carol The Firecracker kid click HERE to read Carol's Blog
She sent me a Gingerbread Teatowel, a Prim Wooden Bowl, Two old cookie cutters, Three recipe cards and a Hand made Wooden Soap Holder

And then yesterday while working hard outside my mail lady delivered a package I stuck it in the house and forgot until we came in from a long Hot Day and here it is

I also recieved three recipe cards, a vintage Kitchen strainer, a handmade basket with a rolling pin handle and a cookie cutter attached to the front and these three handwoven corn baskets *wow how do you do that.....I would love to know how to make baskets how cool!! All of these goodies were from Rose of BasketsbyRose
to read Rose's blog and find her hand woven baskets click HERE
Thank you ladies your swaps will be in the mail in the morning!!
And thank you for your patience while I am in the middle of trying to turn my life right side up again LOL

But wait look I forgot I had won a giveaway GEE...I must be busy LOL....nobody forgets they win a giveaway !! I got a great book bag, a book called Encouraged packed full of inspirational quotes and verses, A sweet little card holder, A Journal and a Magnet all from Sandy of Blooming Boomers you can read her blog by clicking HERE
thank you Sandy so much
Ok so I know this is just a small mobile home but let me tell you it is our little castle and I feel extremely blessed to finally have it, And I have been thanking the Good Lord every since it Showed up coming down the road
and hubby too for my wonderful Birthday Gift

We moved our RV it was beside out Electric pole I am taking the pictures standing under our carport and excuse everything it is such a mess and will be for awhile

so we moved the RV here oh what a WONDERFUL view LOL but is was only for a short time.....because

Early Friday afternoon this truck came down the road with all the gear to set up
our mobile home that was directly behind it

I was all calm all collected until after they got here and I had to come inside and cry for a while LOL

This fall I will paint my building the sand color like the mobile home is trimmed in and then the trim on the building will be the red
if you look at the comparison to the RV standing beside it you will see why I am thrilled from now on when I stretch I will not be touching the ceiling LOL.

There will be a large covered deck here
They will come back out and skirt the bottom of it which is the sand color
and to hook up our air conditioner......sorry no inside pictures it is SO HOT!!!
We hope to be moved in by next weekend? I am actually real calm about that I plan on taking my time and taking a few boxes in and unpacking & *organizing everything*
After waiting three years to get out of an RV I am just in no hurry because I want to set everything up perfect and the way I  WANT it!!!!!
I will post more pictures along the way
Thank you for stopping by today

  3. Brenda,

You got some neat swap things. I use to weave baskets for fun and it can be cool and frustrating at the same time. I took a class at the local adult ed facility.

The mobile home will sure be a step up from your rv. You'll actually be able to turn around without bumping into anything!

Thanks again for organizing the kitchen swap for OFG, it was really fun.

  12. Brenda, I know how it feels to live in a mobile home. I lived in one for many years. Mine came fully furnished and it was beautiful. The designs are great and you will enjoy it. I had space and the kitchens are so nice. Even had a walk in closet as big as a small bedroom. I'm so happy for you. Janice-Black creek primitives
